Gypsy Wagon
The La
Fay Gypsy Wagon is an old fairground wagon (circa 1934) which has
found its home in the town of Dompierre-les-Ormes in Southern
Burgundy.
The Gypsy Wagon
An
unconventional rental for 2 adults and 2 children
Beds – 1 double bed (140×200cm) in a small alcove, 1 child-sized
daybed (60x160cm), 1 extra bed (portable crib or single 60×190cm
mattress upon request).
Small kitchen area with sink, stove-top with 2 gas burners, dishes,
kettle, toaster, coffee maker.
Table, chairs, armchair, guitar, books and games.
Heat, electricity, cold and hot water. WiFi.
The
summer kitchen
Living in a caravan is all about spending time in the great outdoors
and enjoying the countryside. La Fay’s summer kitchen offers extra
living space and provides shelter from the hot, summer sun and the
occasional rain shower.
Amenities – sink, gas stove with 4 burners and oven, refrigerator,
freezer, various cabinets and storage solutions, table and chairs,
hammock-chair.
Washroom
and toilet
The heated bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a sink, and an
independent composting toilet.
The composting toilet is very easy to use and we provide all
necessary instructions.
Enclosed
private yard (400m²)
Make yourself at home: hang out around the barbecue, pick seasonal
fruits and vegetables from the garden, snip a few fresh herbs to
complete your meal, visit our chickens, or just relax in one of the
lawn chairs…
Child-friendly
Your kids will love paying in the sandbox and on the swing-set. We
also provide bathtub, potty, books and games.
Available upon request – portable crib, baby rocker, high chair,
changing pad, bikes, other games and toys.

Taxe

If you want to pitch a tent: 5€ per night, per person.
Rates include
Bed sheets, towels, cleaning services at the end of your stay,
cleaning products (dish-washing liquid and multi-purpose ECOVER
product).
